What this site collects, why, who it goes to, and how to switch the tracking off. Written to be read rather than to cover us.
We collect three things: anonymous analytics about how the site is used, your email address if you hand it over, and the details needed to take a payment and build what you bought. We do not sell anything to anyone, and we do not buy data about you from anywhere else.

We never see, handle or store card numbers. Payment is processed by Stripe, and the payment form on our checkout page is served directly by Stripe rather than by us. Card data goes from your browser to Stripe without passing through our server.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people read and where they stop reading, and the Meta pixel to measure whether advertising works and to show ads to people who have visited. Both set cookies and both send data to their operators — Google and Meta respectively — who process it under their own privacy policies.
Neither is used to identify you personally on this site. We cannot look up an individual visitor by name in either tool.
Two ways, both of which we honour:
https://rowq.com/start/?noga=1 once. That stores a flag in your browser which disables Google Analytics and the Meta pixel on every page of this site, permanently, on that browser. To undo it, visit the same URL with ?noga=0.Blocking cookies or using a content blocker also works, and nothing on this site breaks if you do.
Only the services that make the site work:
We do not sell your data, rent it, or pass it to anyone else. If you become a client, we do not share your project details with anyone without asking you first.
Newsletter subscribers stay in Brevo until they unsubscribe — every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately. Order records and project briefs are kept for as long as we may need them for accounting and for supporting work we have done. Analytics data expires on Google's and Meta's own schedules, typically within about two years.
Wherever you are, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live — the EU, the UK, California and others — you may have a formal right to those things. We do not distinguish: ask and we will do it, within thirty days, without requiring you to cite a regulation.
The one limit is records we are legally required to keep, such as evidence of a payment for tax purposes.
This site sells professional services and is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes affecting existing clients or subscribers will be sent by email rather than quietly published.
